How to order:

Orders can be made by contacting our representatives through ChicagoCreativeCakes@yahoo.com or by calling our reps from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm cst at 312-882-0656 or 773-882-2878.

Let our reps know what you would like to order by providing the following information:


Product number (found online next to the picture of each item)

Confirm the number of cake tiers desired

Color of product desired (pink, blue, yellow, green, purple, etc)

Gender of the recipient (if known)

Age of recipient (if applicable)

Want to customize a special cake? Let us know! (Custom orders will take 7-10 days longer to ship and items are subject to availability)

Choose a method of payment:
- CREDIT CARD
(An invoice will be sent by email with payment instructions. Or, you can go directly into www.paypal.com and foward the total amount to Recipient: ChicagoCreativeCakes@yahoo.com)

- CASH
(For pick-up orders only)

- MONEY ORDER

- PERSONAL CHECK
(subject to 7 days withholding period.
$30 return check fee)

 
 

 

Our Return Policy:

We accept returns on all unopened and unused merchandise only. No returns are accepted for custom orders or any personalized items.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping or rush order charges you incurred.  Please include order number and original receipt/packing slip with your return.

Call 312-882-2878 if an item has been damaged through the shipping process and we will handle the situation on a case by case basis.
